Not perfect, but worth it

Convenient location with friendly staff and nice pool area. The outdoor bar served delicious food.

The dated decor and cleanliness issues in common areas really need attention. Our room had a musty smell that affected our overall comfort.

Everything was perfect, including extremely friendly staff and perfect location close to beach. Well-stocked and newly decorated room with king bed and reasonably priced. Great breakfast option with yogurt and bagels, as for instance.

I had a great stay! The indoor pool was perfect for a chilly evening, and the breakfast spread had delicious fresh bagels and fruit. Can't wait to go back again!

Stunning location, it was really close to cafes, restaurant on property, and Kennebunkport, beaches and scenic drives. I had reasonably priced room with comfortable beds.

It's our place to stay when in Kennebunkport! The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The double room is updated, we also appreciated particularly nice views. Its location is particularly good, minutes from Wildwood Baptist Chapel. Thank you for a very nice stay...

The rooms could really use some updates to compete with other places!!! The maintenance of common areas left much to be desired, with cleanliness being a real sticking point!!! Noise from other guests was also a nuisance at times!!!

The room was outdated and poorly maintained. There was a foul odor in the hallway, and the carpets were stained and smelly. I encountered issues with the hot tub, not functioning, further impacting our experience.

I recently celebrated my anniversary here and it was very good. The room was cozy with everything clean and in working order. The staff was super helpful with recommendations.

The outdoor pool was refreshing after a fun day exploring the antique trolley rides and classic lobster boat tours, where we even saw some seals. The grounds were spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had some issues with the A/C in our room. It rattled loudly, a little annoying at night. The room itself was clean.
